Brilliant. But I think Mike's Arse is better.

One year wedding anniversary wine, saved after our tasting during our honeymoon! Still has a ton of life left in it, but lost some of its effervescence. Prominent nose of yeast and fresh baked brioche but also a slight salinity freshness, with a palate full of delicious notes of lemon and a fresh, lingering, mineral driven finish with just a HINT of blue cheese at the finish. Just as special as the first taste.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Celebrating 2021 with 3 fun wines from 2002 tonight

Creamy, rich, little chalky with apples, lemon, nutty, pear and a decent finish.

Served with caviar...great start to the night...come on 2021 !!!!

Sweeter than I typically like, but good acid and a warm finish.
