Tasted this again, told it was a new batch. Roederer Estate sparkling wines are crisp & fresh reflecting the cool, fog-shrouded Anderson Valley, home to estate's 600 acres of vineyards. Blend of 60% Pinot Noir & 40% Chardonnay. Light salmon tint, nice bubbles, mousse, berry aromas and biscuit notes. Strawberry, peach, apple and gentle pepper spice. Lingering creamy finish shows bright acidity ending with toasty yeasty tones.

One of the most consistent values in sparkling wine from the famed Champagne house Louis Roederer's Anderson Valley label. Despite its Champenois pedigree, it’s broad, juicy berry flavors are all California. Red currants, muddled strawberry, pressed mint, grapefruit pith, thyme and crushed stones. Endlessly pleasurable. 56% Pinot Noir, 44% Chardonnay

Light salmon color with a fine and endless mousse. Aromas of Berry fruit and baking spices. The palate shows Strawberry flavors with biscuit flavors. The finish shows a bit of spice, creamy notes and Pinot Noir fruit on a crisp mineral ending. Drink now.
