Lots if citrus, very tannic but yet refreshing.

This SB is an incredibly versatile food wine, standing up to both sweet and savory dishes with remarkable ablomb. It has a creamy mouthfeel with muted lemon and lime flavors.

Pineapple, lemon and lime. Zesty with nice acidity, but soft for the style.

A Nice Sauvignon Blanc from Sonoma County.
Pale lemon in color.

Medium intensity on the nose with citrus, light oak and lemon.

A bit bland and watery on the palate with Apple, cream, honey and citrus with a short finish.

The fermentation process was done in French oak barrels.

Basic yet drinkable.

Odd nose of petrol. Drinks more like a trocken Riesling than a Cali SB. Still has a tangy citrus note to it. Don't know where to put this one.
