Surprised by the ABV, but really opened up over a couple of hours.
Aromas of iron, dried lavender, savory notes.
Sweet fruit up front on the palate, dried tart cherry, savory.
Maybe should have held onto it for a bit longer, but showing great anyway.

Very close to being at its peak. Bright red fruit, pomegranate, cranberry, and hints of blueberry as well. Light in body, medium tannins, white pepper notes = very quaffable pinot noir.

I think 2012 was just generally a big jammy fruit year for Pinot’s. Big cherries in the nose with cherries and a slight black paper spice. Enjoying this with Pad Thai! Yummo!
