This is a steak eater's Zin; balanced fruit and tannins enhanced from start to finish with black pepper. This is NOT jammy at all. A wonderful wine to drink now at a steakhouse or with bbq.

When I drink Zin I want jammy otherwise what’s the point (IMO). Nicely made, but not my favorite.

Dense, rich, dark, jammy, chewy, tobacco, leather, green pepper and a bit of pepper and spice. Great. Bolognase fusilli and salad
