Jesse's Vineyard Zinfandel

Loads of red and dark blue fruits with a nice touch of pepper though it's quite hot after an hour of being open...as I would expect for being a port-like 16.1%. Still, well worth the $8.99 I paid!

Fresh and well balanced. The best of the lineup IMHO.

As the label says, well structured and intense. Richly flavored. Her old man can be proud.

Was kinda strong at first 16.1%! But after an hour it was pretty solid.

Dark, and full color. Smells ripe and juicy. Flavors are dense, vanilla-y and anise/licorice-y. Savory, meat stew with prunes. This is complex and strange Zinfandel. Spiced too.

V13. Really good. Little unbalanced , but in a good way. licorice and leather nose. Big, round blackberry and currant fruit. Mocha, earthy finish. Great movie watching wine.

What a gem - this is what I have always loved about Zin, gorgeous red fruit & spice - fairly opulent style w/vanilla permeating through long beautiful finish. Harmonious
