I really appreciated that the sparkling was served at a warmer temperature as I could taste what the wine had the usually cranberry, dried wild strawberry some herbaceous qualities as well but they was a sort of dried meat quality that was very interesting. It was $60 on the winery list so not too expensive. I would like to try it ice cold and see the development.
