Grilled some ny strips and this was a fine accompaniment. Gorgeous nose of black fruit follwed by a not overly oaksd wine that was more refined than jammy. Very nice.

Robert Stormy Cabernet is one of my favorite offerings from WTSO. Every vintage has a pleasant nose, smooth fruity front and finish - Not your typical Napa intensity but superb value for the price.

This wine has 3 solid notes, Cherry, Oak and Vanilla. Great to pear with Steak or Chocolate. Maybe a heavier veal dish as well.
9.5 because the start and finish are short - if it was drawn out longer it would be a 9.7 or higher. Had been aged for 2 years but would love to see it after 5 on the shelf.
