Still plenty of lush dark red fruit, a sturdy tannic backbone with flowing flavors of sage, forest floor and sweet tar. Loved it! What a treat to enjoy this well cellared Napa Cabernet- very well preserved berry flavor and balanced oak. Moderate alcohol made this 27 year old wine a compliment to the dishes that were served. Very little lose of color. A wonderful example from Mondavi winery.🍷🍷🍷
