Tried with pork. It has the texture and flavor of a cold glass of water, but it's as easy to drink as well. It's not the richest Sauvignon Blanc I've had, but I did enjoy it nonetheless.

Very good for $10. Maybe a little Grassy, but has a nice granny Smith apple finish, balanced with a hint of almond
