Nose is oak with a some peppercorns. Taste is cherry and stonefruit with smooth oak finish. Dry tannins on the tongue. Bourbon not on display.

Overpowering. A gift from dinner guests. Paired with pot roast, it worked.

A favorite in my house. The bourbon aftertaste is very subtle, but it gives off a slight smoky aftertaste. Very smooth.
