First Fumé Blanc I've tried. It was rich and smooth with an acidity you recognize in a typical Sauvignon Blanc. There wasn't any sharp citrus characteristics but they were still there. A nice balance of acidity and a creamy mouth feel.

Medium intensity with aromas of grapefruit, apricot, grass. Flavors of toasted oak, stony minerals. Medium finish.
