Floral , neutral and delicate, low acid- very restrained 🦋

Good to rediscover an old friend. Chasselas done well. Peach, underripe plantains, good minerality, honeysuckle.
Solid length. Great with the fondue I'm having.

Tasty and fun bottle that rocks some complex and intense mineralogy. Floral, nothing overbearing, but a pretty bouquet. Has to us crispness that doesn’t bite hard, just nibbles slightly.

2013. A delicious Fendant that makes me realize I need to drink more Swiss wine.
