Jul 16th, 2019Good to rediscover an old friend. Chasselas done well. Peach, underripe plantains, good minerality, honeysuckle.
Solid length. Great with the fondue I'm having.

Nov 24th, 2016Tasty and fun bottle that rocks some complex and intense mineralogy. Floral, nothing overbearing, but a pretty bouquet. Has to us crispness that doesn’t bite hard, just nibbles slightly.

Really cool. Edgy and mineral-laden, with a citrus blossom element that was super compelling.

May 18th, 2017Fendant is what Chesselas is known as in the Swiss region of Valais, where this wine is produced. Took a long while to open up. Light gold color. Aromas of baked yellow apple and uncooked pie dough. A hint of white flowers after aeration. Pallet also features yellow apple, (more in the raw form) pears and vanilla. Mineral notes on the long and crisp finish. Vibrant acidity and creamy texture. I would decant this wine next time.
