Clean, fairly dry, easy easy drinking. 3 magnums gone in minutes.

All the residual sugar is gone and you're left with an incredibly refreshing bubbly!

A rather interesting low key sparkler - a bit of mustiness, a heavy body and a strong finish - perfect with a meal!

Benchmark pet-nat. Bottled at a 25-30 g/l rs, hence the finer bubbles and higher bottle pressure. No disgorgement, yet not a hint of cloudiness - weird. Simple, but so damn refreshing. Mineral, ginger, apples.

Update: After a bit of discussion with BM, I now understand what's going on here. Fine bubbles are also the result of that 3 years in bottle - stabilization over time. No cloudiness also the result of this time, as solids tend to clump over the years. Hence, it'll settle easily in bottle if left standing for a while. Solved!
