Soft brown sugar nose. Nice open-knit palate, with coffee notes and a hint of maple. Nice fruit reduction finishes things off.

Nose of blueberry jam. Palate present maple syrup, blueberry complete with hints of espresso. Regal tannins play off bright acidity. Superb length on the finish, with a textbook sense of place. Another example that needs short-term cellaring. We may have under clubbed the score.
