Castel del Monte DOCG - 2012, 12%. Rosée made with Bombino grapes, excellent color, pleasant to the nose, lacking a bit of freshness. Nice in the mouth, but past its prime: probably it was excellent if drunk a couple of months earlier.

Prima docg rosè d'Italia. Profumi di ciliegia e rosa. La rosa sull'etichetta non è a caso. 😉 In bocca ha una bella acidità e probabilmente qualche anno d'invecchiamento lo può fare.
