v11. Very good! Soft belt leather nose. Rich, dark black fruits with tar hints. Smooth, long, slightly astringent , herbal leather finish.

Mid body. Black fruits, prune. A bit spicy. Rivera Il Falcone Reserva Red Blend 2014 @850, wine plus -, 220909-220913

Inviting nose of rich, ripe black cherry and dark plum with a touch of kirsch. On the palate this is surprisingly juicy with bright acidity balancing the ripe black fruit and good backbone of firm, plush, if slightly dry tannins. This has some depth & character and is really good.
Finally a good one from Puglia.

Must wait for 30 minutes. Then it changed with several steps. Getting smooth. Still have lots of tanning. Animal flavor. Fruity. 2009 @850, wine plus - XH, 190703-190706
