Castel del Monte Nero di Troia

The most exciting wine from this winery. Nice development (earth, rust, dried mushrooms) yet some fresh black currants still hanging on.

Leather, black cherries, black currant, and dark chocolate. A hint of organic earth as well. High tannins, so it needs some time to breathe

(15.5/20) Ароматы вишни в шоколаде, ежевики, легкий землистый тон. Умеренная кислотность и интенсивные сухие танины. Во вкусе незрелые черные ягоды. Долгое послевкусие.

Dark colour, and ruby cola on the nose. Tanins have faded, but brightness still exists. First wine that I have kept for such a long period of time. Stewed cherries persist on the palate. Wouldn't keep up with a barolo bit interesting. Birthday wine.

Violets and dark berries with great body and tannic structure.

Mhm. Nö.

My first time for this grape. Read a lot about it previously. Paired it with a simple sirloin steak. Decent.

Enjoyed at posada margarita with b&c asked them to be in wedding party.

Yet to try

Nice spicy light pinot. Excellent on its own
