Pale yellow hue. Aromas and flavors of cream, grapefruit, green apple, minerals, pear, and vanilla. Medium-full body and medium acidity. Smooth from some malolactic fermentation. Crisp and refreshing on the finish.

Nice nose of pear, vanilla/oak, and and a bit of citrus. Definite pear, quince, vanilla, oak, and almost chamomile tea coming through. Restrained and each part complements the others well. Very nice with a spicy and aromatic fish dish.
