Wandering Poet Junmai Ginjo Sake

Floral notes, subtle pear and nice acid. Very soft and polished. Great with sushi.

Clean, medium-bodied. Flavors of bitter almond, melon, pear, unripe white peach. Crisp, but rounded mouth feel.

Pure and clear, good acidity, fresh and all... 李白 is the name of the poet, carefree and childlike.

I'm absolutely no sake expert but this was nice. A little floral and medium bodied sake that went nicely with the sashimi.

Has always been a go to but it was really great with sweet/spicy ribs @Morimoto #sakedrinkerandfriends

Sake needs to be consumed young & vibrant. Sad this guy got forgotten in my collection
