York Creek Napa County Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot

Dark and dense. Deep blue fruit, ripe plum, salinity, iodine and slate. Intense and still focused. Very good.

Epic bottle of classic Cabernet made with great care very quiet at first, but opened and opened over the course of two hours in the decanter. Fleshy black fruit, soft silky texture, very fine. #pauldraper #springmountain

Wow. Crisp black fruit. Still fresh and vibrant w/ lots of earth/forest/mushroom accents peeking through. Very good, drinking great now, but still may continue to develop

there are like 140 Master Somm's in the US but only one Chef with wine list knowledge like this @eatfrico way to go
