Jammy blackberry, black cherry, cassis. Nice spicy finish. A touch of vanilla and coconut from American oak at first sniff. Sweet spices throughout.

Delicious.

Perfect match to the kids chocolate cake and cookie baking on New Year's Day. Very well balanced for a young Ridge. 13.7% keeps it tame compared to some of the Cali Rhone beasts.

Great with spicy red beans and rice.

Dry. Cocoa. Sharp.
