Rustic and elegant at the same time. Still young.

2012. Very earthy, honestly I would have thought this was from the Southern Rhone if I tasted it blind. Caught me off guard. Interesting, but not enough fruit or richness.

MmmmmmMataro good, very good.

Earthy red/black fruits, with nice tannins and good acid. Weighty, savory mid-palate and beautiful, herbal finish.

Beefy mid pallete, mellow, smooth finish. Only, reserved fruit. Mmm.

Dried violets for days.

Pretty tasty, although it needs more time. Medium tannins, strong berries.
