Klein Monte Bello Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Incredible Cab, big dark black cherry, mint, sweet green tobacco, dill and vanilla...definitely could have deserved a decant, but not enough time and just popped and poured...evolved in the glass, tannins present but smooth...delicious and outdid my expectations...

Yummy 100% Cab from Ridge. It's basically what I wish every California Cab would be: pure lush Cab fruit with great mouthfeel and balance, smooth tannins, and best of all **12.8%** alcohol. Very very nice and varietally correct.

Drank too young, but very nice structure and dark currant and pleasant herbal overtones.

It's a little young still but is very soft and supple. It's luscious on the palate with a smooth finish.
