Unfiltered white wine Gredos’ up-and-coming producer Rico Nuevo, made with the region’s predominant white variety Albillo Real or Albillo de Madrid (not to be confused with Albillo Mayor found in Ribera del Duero). Golden color with green hues. Quite aromatic with white fruit and green apple aromas and flavors. Medium to full-bodied, fruit-forward. Slightly bitter finish.
