Enjoyed a lot. Light bodied, subtle floral notes followed by blueberries and clean finish. Holds a nice level of acidity but seems it shows the sign of fading within couple of years.

It took awhile to open up.. after about an hour it got a little funk on the nose. Smelled like a damp barn.. the palate seems like it’s one verge of moving from fruit to a mineral earthy flavors.

2003 vintage. Gamy notes and bacon on the nose. Grippy tannins. You'd almost think this was a syrah. But definitely more delicate. Fantastic with duck.
