Porcupine Hill Pinot Noir

Started with match stick, earthy notes, and then opened up to dark fruit bramble.

Dark, brambly berries, earth and mint undertones, rich kirsch finish.

Ripe for Rhys and we like it. Very complex as well. Want more.

Big Rhys fan. Brambly, dark fruit nose. Sweet berry fruit, drying tannin earthy mid palate, lingering dark fruit finish. All Rhys.

Beautiful wine with long silky finish. Notes of red cherry, cacao, violets. Medium body. It goes nicely on its own, but would go nicely with a meal as well. Would definitely get another bottle to enjoy again

BeautifulLy balanced and drinking very lovely at present. Unclear benefit to aging longer.

A little more going on with the Porcupine Hill than the straight Bearwallow. More complex for sure. Still not as good as the Alpine and Horseshoe.

This is v good. One of the better bottles of Rhys I’ve opened.
