Sep 23rd, 2022Lighter than any other Rhys I’ve had. Doesn’t make it bad but not right in my wheelhouse either. Great fruit and quality though. Served blind I called it Oregonian Pinot.

Jan 28th, 2019Today’s grand finale at the pickup. Was advertised as “Think of it as the Bearwallow Grand Cru”. Complex, concentrated, well rounded. Very promising, should really shine in a few years. Does the grape justice, restraint on new oak (5% only) keeps it from going over the top.
