Apr 20th, 2019This was my contribution as I knew at least one other person present would enjoy it as much as I would. Not for the faint of heart, and certainly Cayuse-esque. Olive tapenade, funk and hoisin sauce on the nose. Very iron driven with spiced red fruit on the palate, with the finish turning more rich blackberry and potpourri like. This one has 5% Grenache Blanc in it instead of Viognier.

Mar 31st, 2019Briny, straight funk, was too funky for most of the room. She thought it was one dimensional. I didn’t, liked the mouthfeel, thought there was some nice underlying fruit and herbal notes with black tea. I dug it, she did not.

Oct 16th, 2018Potpourri. Potpourri. Yes! Crushed flowers, strawberry, slight mesquite on the palate. Subtle acid & soft tannin. Best of northern rhone meets washington. Love it.

Dec 4th, 201410 Viognier in the blend has a good amount of barnyard and a pretty floral note to the red berry and plum fruit nicecomplexityandarefreshingfinish here. Wow very rich and well endowed with layers of fruit earth and spice through the finish barnyard and velvety texture on the finish very long. Finish 50+ killer !
