Mid crimson in colour with a tawny rim the colour of cold tea. Aromas of raisins sultanas and Plum pudding with notes of tapioca. Palate is thick and supple with intensity off the charts!

Somehow it is a bit too sweet for me. If you just had a big meal, this might be too heavy for you. However the finish gives you a hint of dried date? Which is pretty nice. Don't recommend to drink it after meal. Maybe in the afternoon with some light dessert. Too thick and sweet to be after meal dessert wine.

Top PX sherry from top producer Fernando de Castilla. Well balanced and not as sweet as some PX, superb.
