Drink with seafood, especially a bouillabaisse with a saffron broth (which was kind of Thai-ish)

Pale gold with watery rim. Muted nose gives primarily lemon and wet stones with no apparent new oak. On the palate there is lemon and stony minerality with good acidity and only 13% alcohol. From the hillsides of Burgundy surrounding the rocks of Solutré and Vergisson. Nicely complimented homemade Parmesan Grouper.
