This is a wine for letting sit in the bottle for a bit... Like at least a day. In all seriousness, we disliked it so much we couldn't finish it, so we put a cap on it and went to bed. But we found the rest of the bottle totally acceptable with our late lunch of tortilla soup the next day. Leads us to guess it would likely be better with age. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Dry and tart with a fruity finish. Nice with pasta but a little bitter on its own.

A nicely balanced wine which would go very well with steak and hearty pasta dishes. Dry but does not evaporate to quickly.

Classic #sangiovese IGT. Fruitier aroma, earthy spice with nice acidity and robust tannins. Goes great with gnocchi and Parmesan cheese.
