Had the 2020 in September of 2022. Nice dry Chianti with the typical cherry flavors. We enjoyed this tonight with caprese and leftovers of grilled meat and roasted veggies. Came in a WSJ box and we were very pleased with this one.

Enjoyed drinking with family, but didn’t have much of the typical Sangiovese characteristics. Simple and direct, easy to focus on the friends you’re drinking with. Just a little fruit and earth.
