C'est le Printemps Crozes-Hermitage Syrah

Light, floral, peppery, elegant.

So much iron and meaty goodness. Pulling from my basic training to call this medium-minus in weight. A lovely bottle to sip.

A perfect spring time luncheon pair; the Crozes Blanc full and supple and the Printemps Rouge light and fresh with a lovely tart stemminess. Lovely vital drinking - 2015 & 2016

Red fruits with a hint of smoke and funk.

Nice. Typical Crozes Syrah character but a bit muted this young. Dense but somehow not heavy. Tight but somehow drinking pretty well. I'm putting my second bottle down for a few years.

Really elegant Crozes, sticky, stemmy black berry fruits with a light touch of VA giving lifted violet aroma, needs air but plenty of complexity when it opens up with more garrigue herbs. Featherweight palate with elegant blue and black fruit with some herbal grip on the finish.

Signature CO2 spritz. All the inky, stemmy flavors of Syrah without the weight. A delightful Dard!

Love this wine more each time. A perfect young expression of Syrah.
