Really unique. Fairly dry. Loads of red fruits...strawberry, cherry, and red gummy fruits. Fleshy. Nice acidity.

Such an awesome unique rosé. Much more redness about it than other rosé sparklers. Hibiscus, tropical herbal tea, sharp mousse...just wine nerd stuff here.
