This is one of my go-to casual sparklers. Affordable, great for mixing, and a step above Prosecco on its own. Round texture with pleasing acidity.

Dry and yeasty, medium soft bubbles. Nice middle-of-the-road sparkler. Using it for Aperol spritz on a beautiful day to kick off Memorial Day weekend in the Hudson Valley. Cheers!
