May 3rd, 2022Corino's 2014 Barolo Rocche dell'Annunziata shows why this is such a privileged site. Deep, ample and intense, the 2014 is young, raw and not fully formed, and yet it offers considerable potential. Succulent red cherry, rose petal, mint, chalk and white pepper give the wine its signature aromatic lift and brightness. Here, too, the wine's persistence is notable. (Antonio Galloni, Vinous, February 2018)

Feb 1st, 2019Hosting a Barolo night. Wine #1. Plenty of crowd appeal. The wine shows plenty of dark red fruits, a note of licorice, and warm tannins, but the wine never seemed to fully open. Still a winner but we all expected a tad better.
