Corino's 2014 Barolo Rocche dell'Annunziata shows why this is such a privileged site. Deep, ample and intense, the 2014 is young, raw and not fully formed, and yet it offers considerable potential. Succulent red cherry, rose petal, mint, chalk and white pepper give the wine its signature aromatic lift and brightness. Here, too, the wine's persistence is notable. (Antonio Galloni, Vinous, February 2018)

All these are a little too young for me but drinking fairly well for their immaturity .....

Hosting a Barolo night. Wine #1. Plenty of crowd appeal. The wine shows plenty of dark red fruits, a note of licorice, and warm tannins, but the wine never seemed to fully open. Still a winner but we all expected a tad better.

Good black cherry flavour. Still quite tannic so could use 3 or 4 years in the cellar. Good leather on the finish.
