375 ml bottle from the only religious cult to have their own AVA. Deep amber, almost black. Slightly sherried, medium sweet with the sugar integrating nicely with age. Acidity a bit lower than I would like, but this is really interesting and complex.

Fantastic in spite of its major flaw. Don't be afraid of the saturated cork. Just push it through. I doubt the juice stays in the bottle more than one night. Big tannins, lots of acid, huge fruit and caramel flavors.
