Remi Poujol 2015. 50/50 carignan/mourvedre. Green on opening but definitely heavy on dark fruit. Opens up nicely as the green pepper yields to dark chocolate and plums. Even tastes good 24 hours after opening straight out of the fridge!

By natural red wine standards, this is great. Smells like a homeless person. Tastes alive. Dark fruits, killer acid, evolves for hours. 50/50 gamay/syrah and makes perfect sense.
