The color is oh so summertime pretty. Pink blush in the glass with highly active bubbles. Fresh red berry aromas coupled with a wee bit of menthol gets the party started off right. Blood oranges, yeast, and cream. It just smells fantastic.
Predominantly Pinot Noir, this is a pretty standard blended rosé but that lower dosage really seals the deal. Crafted for easy drinking yet still thoughtful enough. Light on the tongue with exceptional acidity. The palate closely follows the nose and it’s all joy. A lovely, fun bottle.
