As this is a wine made of a friend of mine I just can’t rate it. Although I would like to say that this solera style of rosé is the only one rosé wine that I like from US. It’s very clean with a straight backbone, nice fruit and completely dry. Low production but try to get it!!!!

Sorry for any self-promotion here but I wanted to share news about the inaugural release of this unique, never-seen-before Cabernet Sauvignon multi-vintage Rosé wine from Napa Valley.
In the works since 2010 (long before Rosé was "hot"!) this inaugural release made in a "Solera-style" is comprised of almost equal parts of 7 vintages (2010-16).
Crafted in the style of the Clairet wines from the Bordeaux region this (depending of serving temp) can either be enjoyed as a fresh, fruity Rosé or as a lighter-bodied red wine.
