Inaugural Release Cabernet Sauvignon

Wow. For those of you who remember Delectus wines, this is the first vintage of Gerhard Reisacher’s new operation in Knight’s Valley...and it is a winner. Intense aromas of cassis, black currant, and bittersweet chocolate, this has a rich, full-bodied mouthfeel, sweet and perfectly integrated tannins, and a long, elegant finish. Easily on par with the best wines he ever made at Delectus, if you liked those wines then you’ve got to try this!
