Trocken Pfalz Riesling

Roses are red, violets are blue. We love Riesling. End of poem.

Racy little number. Plenty of minerally grip and nice pear and lime fruit. Simple but delicious.

Good quality Riesling, balanced and elegant, too easy to finish the bottle

Austrian in style this tricked wine is amazing.

2016. Tastes come in waves. Not yet integrated?

Excellent dry Pfalz Riesling. Tight with some hints of grape fruit. 2nd day it's much more open with lemon, white currants and some barely ripe melon. Palate cleansing acidity. This is not for avg Riesling drinker but oh so wonderfull stuff. If you have some stash away for atleast 2-3 years

Dry with a very small hint of something else. Acidity, not much clear fruity flavours but nice, crispy and something more. Not that much nose more on its own as apertizer or for talking hours (propobly good q with salt snacks, i tried almonds) than food. So much better day two with more air. Now there is fruity flavours and the saltiness is more integrated, the wine taste more and are more togehter so give it air.

Ännu en riktigt bra instegare. En av Pfalz så kallade "three b's". (Buhl, Bassermann-Jordan, Bürklin wolf) Grönt äpple, päron, honung, mineral, lime. Som vanligt en av de piggaste syrorna. Eko
