Best SB I think I've ever had. Bright, floral, aciditic, fresh garden, tropical notes. Just stunning all around. And beautifully balanced with the slightest of oak. Newest obsession and I can't wait to buy more.

Liquid peaches. Dominates the palate, making it rather unique. Get grapefruit pith on the finish on the back of the tongue. But this is NOT anything like a New Zealand sb. Not as crisp, lean, or minerally as I expect or like sb.

Might have gotten a bad crate looking at others reviews, but this was as bad as I’ve tasted. Scary musk taste, odd stench, and lingering bitterness. It’s going back to the store.

Ok, I'm partial to New Zealand SB's. And specifically, Babich. But this blew me away, and it's from CA nonetheless. Asian pear, apple, lime and grapefruit, all splendidly blended to produce a wine that calls for warm Spring days and pleasant Summer evenings relaxing on your deck or patio. Lovely.
