Prism Mendocino County Riesling

beautiful off-dry Riesling bursting with tropical fruit.

Pretty tropical, not in a lush way but fruit-wise. Pineapple guava deliciousness. Seems a little young and perhaps shocked out, disjointed. With time I think it will evolve nicely as the core has great mineral/acid lift and provides the zip to carry through the finish. Great length. Turn up the heat and this wine really sings.

Clean but unremarkable.

Loved this at single thread popup in Utah! Apple lemon a bit of the gasoline. Paired with their version of uni ikura Don with potato foam.

Didn’t leave a lasting memory the way many other vintages I’ve had from them do. Would be good to try this one again in a different setting.
