Super fun and fruity. Served slightly chilled and definitely some effervescence. 50/50 Pinot/Nebbiolo co-ferment. Great combo of some dark fruit but definitely more tart rhubarb and cherries. Super refreshing with good structure.

I think some would be mildly, but maybe only mildly disappointed in this wine. It sounds like bunches of fun - a co-ferment of Oregan Pinot and Nebbiolo! It's a little bit uninspired - watered down cherry, leather, and tar. Matter of fact.
