Dry on the palate and very fruity. Big and smooth. Showing nice complexity and mouthfeel.
Showing blackberries, black cherries, sweet strawberries, cedar, vanilla, leather, spices, earth, chocolates, tobacco, peppercorn, coffee and mocha.
Delicious and good by itself or with food. Good right out of the bottle and better with airtime.
This 7 year old from the great 2014 vintage will continue to age nicely in the next 5 to 7 years.

Jury is currently out, not impressed with pricy offering.
Deep ruby with aromas of blue and black fruits. On the palate blackberry and blueberry flavors, good balanced full body, firm dusty tannins and about medium length finish ending with mineral tones. Ok, but lacks complexity. Tasting Sample.

Oh what a year makes. Totally different mouthfeel to the 2011. Luscious, fruit forward with round tannins and plenty of stuffing in mid palate and finish.
