Na 105 maanden ouderen, eindelijk in de fles in 2018… die 5 jaar waren iets te veel, maar desalniettemin een hele mooie cava.

Nov 2020. Tucson. Cava tasting. Trying to@find a cavs we like This is ‘Paratge Qualificat’ the best. It was ok. Lacking em what, exactly? Complexity. For the price ($45), so many other sparklers I like much better! Citrus (lemon). Dry as a bone. Nice bubbles.

My first Paraje Calificado. A 2008, bubbles were quick to dissipate. Flavor was nice, could perceive the age. It was close. Got one more Recaredo to try. Going to look for some younger examples as well.

Immensely sublime. I've never gotten such a beautifully pure red apple flavour from a wine before. Incredible complexity with kerosine and oxiditive caramel and butterscotch and nuts. This is a wine that shows up any and all Cava. Absolutely stunning!
