47 months. Disgorged 28 March 2019. Intense red colour for a rose, almost close to a Beaujolais noveau colour. Super expressive in the nose with strawberries and raspberries. Doesn’t disappoint in the mouth with both fruits up, front and center. Finishes clean with just enough acidity. Lush soft bubbles. Amazing. Just so quaffable.
