Yasmin Galilee White Blend

Intensely floral and fruity on the nose: ripe stone and tropical fruits: peach, red plum, apricot, even hints of mango. Wild white flowers. Falls flat on the palate.

I usually do not like blends but this is very crisp & refreshing.

Sav and chard. Crisp. Old world leaning, or perhaps its stainless. "In the words of the old country..."

Light and clean. Chalk and mineral on the dry palate.

A pleasant taste of apple and pear that lingers slightly with a pleasant steely finish. This was a good match with honey mustard chicken.

Crisp, refreshing and filled with citrus and some mineral notes. Easy drinking with baked salmon or chicken breast. Finish is short.

First Israeli wine and I like it.

Beautiful label, soft fruit in the front end, very easy drinking.

Not a whole lot going on here. It isn’t flawed but there’s not much acidity to speak of, which is why the melon and tropical fruit fall very flat.

Delicious white! Was a hit!
