My first shot at the Realm white and it delivered huge. Astounding aromatics of sassafras (yes! @Roman Sukley) and rain soaked vegetation. Melon rind, stream bed and a lively verve. I may be crazy but I get a Haut Brion blanc vibe here. Outstanding with fresh oysters and good company.

Jun 21st, 201613' Realm White Wine. Better than last year! Drinking wonderfully now. Those sharp edges/acid have #calmed down. Lemony- Zestyness. Much more approachable for me now!

100% SB from Farella. Tight nose of wildflowers and melon. Lemon on the palate with a wisp of cream air at the end. Extremely bright acid. Gives those little muscles under your tongue a workout. One of the longest finishes I've seen in a white wine. Update- with a little air and food the citrus mellows and some malt shows up. Awesome stuff.
